Terms of Service
Updated August 18, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Voyager, a package tracking and delivery alert service operated by Raylight LLC.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement and use Voyager only where it is lawful for you to do so. Voyager is not intended for children under 13.
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and the activity that occurs through your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Authorized shipment tracking
Only add tracking numbers that you are authorized to monitor, such as your own deliveries, business shipments you manage, or packages you have permission to track.
Do not use Voyager to monitor another person's deliveries without permission, to abuse carrier systems, or to collect information you are not allowed to access.
Tracking limits
Voyager does not control UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other carrier. Carrier and tracking-provider data can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice.
Voyager is meant to help you notice important delivery changes, not replace carrier tools. For critical deliveries, verify timing, address, access, and exceptions directly with the carrier.
Billing and cancellation
Voyager is free during the current public beta. You will not be charged unless paid billing is introduced and you separately review the price and authorize a subscription through checkout.
Voyager may offer a paid Pro plan, expected to be $4.99 per month unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. Before any recurring charge, checkout will disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and available cancellation method.
If the billing portal is not available in your account, contact support for billing or cancellation help. You remain responsible for any charges that are clearly disclosed and authorized by you.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds, if any, may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider and may take time to appear on your statement.
Beta access and acceptable use
During beta, features may change, limits may be adjusted, and access may be paused, limited, or ended while Voyager is tested and improved.
You may not reverse engineer Voyager, interfere with its operation, overload the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use Voyager for unlawful, abusive, or misleading activity.
Raylight LLC may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, or could harm Voyager, other users, service providers, or carriers.
Ownership, disclaimers, and contact
Voyager, its interface, copy, code, and brand materials are owned by Raylight LLC or its licensors. You keep responsibility for the shipment information you choose to add.
Voyager is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law. Raylight LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, missed deliveries, lost shipments, business losses, or decisions made from delayed or inaccurate carrier data.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@raylight-voyagertracking.com.
Changes and general terms
Raylight LLC may update these Terms as Voyager changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page, and material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms shown at checkout, form the agreement between you and Raylight LLC concerning Voyager. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location are not limited by these Terms.
