Which carriers does Voyager support?
Voyager offers carrier selection and detection for UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, OnTrac, and LaserShip through its tracking provider. Coverage and update detail vary by shipment.
How accurate are the delivery updates?
Carrier updates can be delayed or incomplete. A carrier correction to an earlier delivered status may not yet appear automatically. If Voyager and the carrier disagree, check directly with the carrier and contact support. Always confirm time-sensitive deliveries with the carrier.
What happens with Amazon tracking numbers?
Amazon may not expose the underlying carrier timeline. When that happens, Voyager clearly says it is waiting for a carrier update instead of inventing a status.
What alerts can I receive?
Shipment emails are part of Pro. On Pro, turn on Priority Watch for a package and enable your chosen alert types in Settings to receive shipment emails. Available types include out-for-delivery, delivery reminders, delivered packages, exceptions, and stale updates. Daily summaries are enabled separately. Alerts depend on the updates Voyager receives.
What does Voyager cost?
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Voyager is winding down, so it no longer takes new accounts or sells Pro. Existing accounts keep the plan they already have.
Can I export or delete my account data?
Yes. Signed-in users can download their data or request account deletion from Settings > Account. Support can help if you cannot access those controls.
