Privacy Policy
Updated August 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Raylight LLC collects and uses information for Voyager.
Information we collect
Voyager collects account information such as your email address, one-way password hash, alert email, profile preferences, notification preferences, billing state, and support messages you send.
Voyager also stores shipment information that you add or that carriers provide, including tracking numbers, package nicknames, carrier names, delivery statuses, estimated delivery dates, shipment events, Priority Watch settings, and alert history.
Voyager may collect technical information such as session cookies, authentication status, request paths, device/browser details, timestamps, logs, and error information needed to keep the service working.
How we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, show your shipments, request carrier updates, send delivery alerts and daily summaries, remember your settings, provide support, and manage billing.
We may also use limited operational data for debugging, abuse prevention, reliability, product improvement, and security monitoring. Routine request logging is designed not to log passwords or full request bodies.
Service providers and sharing
Voyager uses service providers to operate the app. Depending on the environment, these may include hosting and database providers, Cloudflare for DNS and security, TrackingMore or another tracking provider for carrier data, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and email/support tools for customer messages.
Service providers may process personal information only as needed to provide their services to Voyager. We do not sell personal information.
The specific providers used may change as Voyager develops, but they are selected to help operate, secure, bill for, support, and improve the service.
Voyager is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where Voyager's service providers operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Cookies, emails, and billing
Voyager uses cookies or similar local storage for login sessions and app preferences. We may use logs and basic analytics to understand service health and product usage.
Delivery alerts, daily summaries, test emails, billing messages, and support replies should clearly identify Voyager or Raylight LLC as the sender. If marketing emails are introduced, they should include a way to unsubscribe.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe when paid billing is available. Voyager stores billing state and Stripe references needed to manage your plan, but does not store full card numbers.
Retention, choices, and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to operate Voyager, provide support, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security records.
From Settings, you can download a copy of your Voyager account data, correct supported profile and preference fields, delete tracked packages, delete your account, turn alert types on or off, change your alert email, and manage billing when the portal is available. Contact support to request another correction that is not available in Settings.
Account deletion requires your current password. It removes active Voyager account data and cancels a connected Stripe subscription first. Some records may remain temporarily in backups or with service providers, or be retained where needed for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Security, children, and contact
Voyager uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, one-way password hashing, restricted session cookies, access controls, request throttling, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Voyager is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Privacy requests can be sent to support@raylight-voyagertracking.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Voyager, its providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page, and material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email when appropriate.
You may stop using Voyager and delete your account if you do not agree with an updated policy. Contact support with questions about a change or how it affects your information.
